I don't know if thats how you spell Noogie but thats obviously whats happening here. I loved this pic because we are familiar with the feelings involved. I miss Noogies they need to be brought back. Bring back the Noogie.

I didn't draw this, its a screen capture. so basically when it comes to tools, I found a pic I really liked from Chobits I saved it as my desktop, then I did a screen capture with my horrible photo editing program... horrible but legal.

the black and blonde haired is a guy he's based off me and carol the orage hair is a girl. so a bit of a love affair.
